The Team

We are specialized relationship educators that can help.

Ana Loiselle: Licensed Relationship Coach

I’m Ana Loiselle, founder of The New Mexico Relationship Center. My passion and compassion for coaching others on healthy loving relationships is close to my heart. When my own marriage ended painfully I found myself stuck, hurt, and confused.

As I began my soul searching, I discovered the same situation existed for millions of other people; they had picked someone they were not well matched for or they didn’t have the strategies and skills to make it work when they had a suitable partner.

I fantasized about helping these people avoid the suffering and struggles of the “‘wrong” relationship. That’s when The New Mexico Relationship Center emerged. I realized the need for people to have a place and a contact person to teach and support individuals how to pick more suitable partners and help couples work through obstacles to making a relationship work.

As a Licensed Relationship Coach in private practice I work with individuals and couples who are committed to having healthy and happy relationships. I have participated in many different personal growth programs. My studies include Licensing as a Relationship Coach through the Relationship Coaching Institute, Certification as a Premarital Interpersonal Choices & Knowledge Instructor, and intensive work with Kevin McCarthy, author of “The On Purpose Person.”

My specialties include:

      • Date Coaching for men and women,
      • Marriage Coaching,
      • Communication and Conflict Resolution,
      • Anger Management, and
      • Relationship Building Skills for Women

Leslie Carleton: The Relationship Clarity Coach

I believe that relationships give meaning to life. In order for them to thrive and grow, they need to be nurtured and supported. At the root of every successful relationship is good communication, both knowing what you need and what the other person needs or at least being open to finding out.

As your relationship coach, I help you to know yourself so you can articulate your needs to others. I help you learn how to ask for the support you need within your relationships to make them more meaningful to you. Too often we don’t know how to ‘be’ in  relationship because we have few examples of healthy, supporting relationships and few of us were taught to use the language we need to get us there.

I am a Graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, an accredited coach training program and a Trained facilitator in Behavioral Justification, a mathematical problem-solving model. I have been in private practice as a relationship and life coach since 2006, working with people on a variety of goals, including:

      • Getting the love you want, and keeping the love you find; relationship skills for singles and couples
      • All life is a negotiation — ideally, a win-win negotiation. Learning how to get what you need with integrity and strategize those challenging, but necessary, conversations.
      • Improving relationships with intimates, friends, family and colleagues
